Pros

Good money to make at the Orlando facility.

Cons

Where should I start? No order, no leadership, horrible communication between management and employees. Sound like your driving down I-4 and everyone has their music blasting. Management spends more time on his personal phone than a telemarketer. HR has no clue on what’s going on in the warehouse. Equipment is old and beat up system is so outdated my dad wouldn’t have a issue comprehending. Seriously Training??? What training they stick you on 1st shift a few days tell you to a job that has nothing to do with your job and tell you it’s to learn the warehouse. Management can clearly bend the rules for whom ever the feel fit. Just very unprofessional.
