This company took over $800.00 in deductions from me that they had no right to take! I signed up for medical insurance ,but after realizing how much it was going to cost me, I canceled them. I canceled them a week before we got paid. I did not make enough money there. Pay period came around, the took almost $400.00! Called them and got the run a round. Told me it will adjust by next pay period. I ended up resigning a week before the next pay period. Next pay period comes around and very little changes were made and took even more money out of my check! Ended up with only $260.00 for 2 weeks!!! This got my very upset! Got the run a round again! HR basically told me we have nothing to do with this, have to go to the ADP website! This company does not care about any issues you have ! I finally got in contact with the correct department and started a case, meanwhile my rent is late, my car, and no money for food because they screwed me over!!! Got a letter stating that i never applied any changes to canceling it. That is a bunch of BS!!! I have documentation that was sent to them that proves i canceled it! Everything showed 0 except the medical which also was suppose to be canceled! I am out over $800.00 and still refuses to pay me! I am in the process of hiring an attorney, and file a lawsuit for damages done to me for fraud!!! That is what this company is all about fraud!!! They take out deductions that they had no right to take out, and pocketed it!!! They put allot of my money into a health savings account that i do not have access to because the account was canceled! Is this fair! If the owner is reading this, I want to know why you have careless people making poor decisions on how the manage your paychecks? Is this treatment fair to me? Seems like you have nothing but robots working here. I am also contacting the labor board and summitting all the documents for proof! This lawsuit will be filed and they will get suite for allowing them to take deductions out of my check that they had no right to take, and not doing anything about fixing it! I am about to be evicted out of my apartment due to this, and have over $100.00 in late fees so far! This is a careless act and should of been dealt with immediately! They do not have a right to make decisions like this and they will pay the price for what they did! If they want a lawsuit, than they got one!!!
