      Pros

      Free coffee and hot chocolate, great selection of items for purchase in breakroom. Food discounts. Nice location for those who reside south of the tech center

      Cons

      Executive management in the BSC is very controlling, doesn't allow skilled managers to lead their teams. They still utilize AS400 systems. While one division uses SAP all other systems are old and for the most part ineffective creating the need for lots of manual processes. IT support is a joke. HR support is very weak. Managers are forced to keep poor performers because HR is spineless. If you are a confident well accomplished individual that desires to be yelled at on daily basis, micro-managed and feel completely incompetent then this is the place for you. Don't be pulled by the high compensation . . . You will regret it

      I would say it you have no little experience of Driving this is the place they Hire you even if u can't shift years😔😔😔🚚🚚

      This place lies more than your average politician, No sense of communication, turn over rate is very high, they hired me for Shreveport but I work in Dallas $925 is all their trying to pay you a week. I have four Rouths a week you do the math still $925 smh this company is big Joke👎👎

      Pros

      Monday-Friday 8-5 if your in the office. Free lunches. Thanksgiving you get a turkey, Christmas you get a ham.

      Cons

      Managers, Human resource is a joke.!!!! Micromanagement, too bad the higher up personal dont see right through her. Favoritism plays a big part in their bonuses, etc its quit clear.
