I've been with the company for 90 days and our division is a family type atmosphere. Great place and people to work for. The support office in Tennessee gives the assistance and help needed with just a phone call.

Cons

Fast paced company with various systems, divisions, and support make it confusing to operate.

Great pay..home time excellent I've been working for them close to 2 years got my first route less than a year...trucks and trailers pretty descent. ..management cool ...respectful. .. I can't complain to much ...great career opportunity of advancement

Cons

Long hours...but its on how quick you work.... Can't stand the cameras in the truck... Very nick picky about that camera when it goes off ...hate that dern camera....the warehouse sometimes only worries about efficiency instead of the quality of the load ...mispicks ...items on the wrong pallet ...pallets loaded in the wrong spot...not much but sometimes the warehouse workers get complacent with the quality of their job...

Great Sr. Mgmt, open door policy, great benefits, great people to work with. This place just has an exceptional culture. This is where I want to stay.

Cons

The only con to working here is that the rates for hourly positions could be better....money is good if you drive, select, sale, or are salaried, you are compensated a lot more than if you are hourly, good money hourly if you are there for a length of time
