Pros

Decent pay and good benefits

Cons

Management treats employees like literal slaves. The job requires that you are willing to work from 1 p.m. until the job is done which could easily run into 3 or 4 or even 5 a.m. and they expect you to be back 1 p.m. sharp the next day ready to work. 5 days a week this is expected of you. And when you're there you follow the strictest rules. You're not allowed bathroom breaks only on your 30 minute break from the job and you have to choose between bathroom, food, cigarette or talking to your family. I had to leave once to attend to my sick daughter and fiance. The next day I came in the insisted it was a lie just for me to get off early and threatened to fire me if I ever had to leave early again. Weather it's for my family or not. Disgusting way to run a company they view their employees as disposable. They expect you to sacrafice your life for the job but then treat you as subhuman. They insist thet you're lucky to work for them and that you'll make the greatest money of your life and that is why you should lower your standards for respect. I left there and I now work for one of the worlds largest companies making 3 times more a year than I would have ever dreamed of making at PFG and I work a third as hard. Please be aware of companies like this. They treat people the way they do because people allow it because they need to work. But you deserve better and they wont change until people demand it.

Pros

Mediocre flexibility with work schedule depending which corporate office you work out of

Cons

Management doesn't trust you to use your judgement in doing your job. No formal training, just certain team members training you on what they want you to know
