Big Mistake

Pros

- Free Lunch - Tuition Reimbursement - ESPP - Employee Rewards program - Family fun day in the summer

Cons

Yesterday PFG announced that we would be moving to a 4 day in office schedule. The reason being is that the current 3 day in office schedule has left room for “missed opportunities of collaboration”. I don’t agree with this as I work on a team where we do not collaborate during the 3 days we’re actually in office. This company is growing so fast that leadership is constantly chasing their tails to keep up. The missed collaboration opportunities comes from leadership being too busy to grow their employees. Additionally, there are some under qualified leaders in the organization who don’t know how to develop their employees. This is the first company I have worked at where I don’t have regular 1:1 with my manager and have never discussed my future at the company.
