      Corporate benefits and pay are always great

      Cons

      It's a corporation like any other, thus you will deal with people over/under qualified for their position and lots of silly inter-company politics. Also higher ups don't talk to you or listen to you below a certain totem position. They also constantly like to talk about diversity in employment but only during BHM and not any other time of year.
