Pros
No doubt the people at PSW our great people and fun to hang out with and party with after work. They do hire smart engineers and are able to produce.
Cons
The leadership from team leads through the management chain has limited experience to manage people, manage projects on time, and set a course for sustained growth. Projects are late internally but overinflated schedules are easy to meet from the customers perspective so a 96% on-time performance seems good. Good luck getting recognized for your achievements.... Yeah, you'll get profit sharing in December but it sure would be nice to just get a thank you every now and then.
