Pros

It is almost impossible to get fired. Typically, you get weekends off. I guess casual Fridays? I'm realy having a hard time hitting the 20 word minimum here.

Cons

It is almst impossible to fire someone, and the dead weight is dragging the whole company down. Although the CEO constantly claims were a technology dirven company, all of our software is garbage and prone to all sorts of problems. IT is a mess. They don't believe in raises, which kills morale (which is a foreign word in this company) and drives away senior employees. There isn't any sort of job growth or promotion.

New management with new ideas, compensation is good, new platforms and processes, opportunities for advancement, good work/life balance with ups and downs

Cons

Challenges with old culture of complacency, removing non-performers quickly (several have already left bad company remarks)

Pros

Flexible hours when needed, decent salary, decent benefits, no weekends, remote positions.

Cons

After letting 24 people go, producitivty requirements increased on staff kept by management. Productivity requirements are impossible to meet with bad slow computer system. Staff gets written up for the least little thing. Morale has gone down.
