There is nothing beneficial to this company

Cons

This company does not care about it's employees. No one received raises or has annual reviews. The work environment is extremely hostile and they expect you to work to the bone while not being compensated for it.

Pros

Customers are typically very nice, commission on everything you sell, and spiff on select items and that's it.

Cons

ZERO work life balance! Low pay! No clear training in place for anyone! ZERO support from upper management!! No employee hand book to speak of! No operational guidelines for the store!! Very unrealistic scheduling guidelines that store managers have to adhere to!! Outdated systems in the stores! Very little communication between DM and the stores! All in all run run fast in the opposite direction of this company!!!!
