The original corporate team really cared about their people.

Cons

Our bonus was taken away with no communication after it was earned. Expected to work 24/7. The company does not care about their people.

Absolutely wonderful people working at the store level!

Cons

Poor corporate culture. Poor pay and benefits. No consistent annual review system in place. Pay increases non existent or below standard. In everything they do managment shows they care very little about the individuals that drive the sales.

Mandatory 4 hour a week overtime Benefits Barely any corporate visits New computer system Good product pricing and promotions 401k options

Cons

No raises ever Commission and bonuses continually being cut Never making decisions for stores buy including the employees in the stores Wasting money on marketing materials for inside the store instead of outside advertising Low pay rates Lazy upper management allowed to do whatever they want No training materials in place
