- Very talented and knowledgeable colleagues
- Good effort to move forward with technology. (Unlike some of it's competitors)
- Management works hard and leads by example
Cons
- Some applications are aged and have been in development for over 20 years so the code bases can be complex. But there is always a effort to modernize what can be.
This place is full of bright, innovative people who are creating some amazing products. The work is truly interesting and some really breath taking research is going on. The work and the people are what make this place worth getting up for in the morning.
Cons
Upper management is ancient in its thinking. Benefits are a joke. Management is unable to get out of its and the employees way. Bureaucracy rules the organization – process for process sake. Greatest obstacle to success is senior management.

The engineering management is lacking in knowledge at the director level and above. They have no one that knows the products at any level except sales and marketing. In my opinion this makes for very bad product based decision making,
