Pros

Good benefits, have their foot in many different areas

Cons

Poor management, too many managers to where no one takes responsibility. Very shady in not letting employees know what is going on with contracts and string employees along to benefit themselves at the employee's expense

We appreciate your feedback and would encourage you to discuss your concerns with your Manager if you are comfortable, or your HR Partner is always available to have an open dialogue. It is important to us that our employees feel they have a clear understanding of expectations and role clarity, as we all drive to achieve our goals as a company together!

Pros

Good teams to work with, Usually good products. Had been better quality - but it is a constant balancing act between revenue and products quality.

Cons

Need to insure that quality is of greater importance, as revenue is good = but not at the expense of employee and product welfare.

Pros

Great to work with customers helping them solve problems. The older management style allowed you to grow, learn, advance if you desired and put in the effort. Company supplied you all the tools you need to succeed.

Cons

Newer service management is all about the numbers and quality of products is going down due to saving a buck in manufacturing. I participated in skip level meetings with previous CEO and quality improved and steps were taken to get better. The verdict is still out on the new CEO. I worked for PE for 18 years. It use to be a fun job.
