The Akron site was very well run with a great culture. Teamwork oriented and fun and the site worked very hard.

Cons

New management is not connected to the customer and some of the current leadership is very political.

Very dynamic and flexible work environment. Supported by great colleagues and management. It is a company one can believe in, since it is all about improving human and environmental health.

Cons

I would say these would normal cons one might find in any other large company. It is worth mentioning that cons are great opportunities to think outside of the box and come up with creative solutions to achieve the goal at hand.
