Maturidade em processos envolvendo dados inexistente. "Suporte" de TI meramente decorativo. Incompatibilidade entre demandas, prazos, infraestrutura fornecida e especificidade de definição de cargos.

Cons

-Company is undergoing restructuring processes, creating instability and a lack of clear direction. -Increasing levels of micromanagement, limiting autonomy and innovation. -Unrealistic performance targets are set without proper resourcing or support. -Teams are extremely lean, leading to burnout and unsustainable workloads. -Communication from leadership is often unclear, reactive, and not aligned with ground-level realities.
