Sometimes the groups will be spread too thin. They will try and take on too many options with too little resources.

The employees are very interested in what they do and are always willing to teach. If you are interested in another field they take it serious and will try to help you gain experience from that area.

Cons

In research and development, there are no end of the year bonuses no matter how much you have achieved.
