      I loved my job. The company is quite a different story.

      Pros

      Reasonable pay. Benefits were okay, but nothing exceptional. No training ever for anything. Everything, such as benefits was on-line. Never had a review. Never got a raise.

      Cons

      Paid $850+/month for health insurance for our family. Did PE pay anything toward the health benefits? Probably not. Zero R&D and zero marketing as well. Then, they pulled our quotas out of their butt, with no supporting historical data. Completely unreasonable expectations. Management was vastly overpaid. Quarterly RIF's were routine. If you do not live and work on the East Coast, then you simply do not count.

      Pros

      Good technology which was developed many years ago by people who are now gone from the company.

      Cons

      Management lacks direction and does not develop the staff. A remaining cadre of workers keep their heads low and hope for the best.
