They have very good global penetration into biotech markets. Most people are very helpful. That is about it.

Cons

PerkinElmer does not value its west coast employees. They are a very east coast centric company that thinks that everything must be done on the east coast except sales.

Leading edge bio-tech, exceptional scientific and engineering staff. State of the art tools to create state of the art instruments. Highest quality Field Service personnel I have ever worked with.

Cons

Micro management in the Operations group from the executive levels. Quality program centered on the documentation process and not on the manufactured product.
