      Great customer relationship with a clear vision to provide support services.

      Cons

      Tone deaf and absent senior leadership. Corporate appears woefully unaware of the opportunities being missed. A bonus structure is built into our account but there has not been a mechanism to give bonuses for over a year. Leadership regularly lies to the supervisors and frontline employees.
