Cons

Old marketing models and no value for new marketing or digital. Poor mid-level management. Lots of politics, the company needs to get out of its own way. All business functions are silos and operate independently with little to no collaboration. Lean resources for large team initiatives. You will out grow your role and not be able to go anywhere for at least five years.

Each division had the feel of a small company with the support of a large company infrastructure to enable delivery of the right solutions at the right time for our customers.

Cons

Career banding and training and development infrastructure is significantly behind the market standard. Succession planning and career advancement opportunities are not uniformly applied across the division.
