Getting paid while doing nothing or having nothing to do.
Cons
Bosses willing to listen. Are you joking? There are some uncouth managers in the Asian structure who pretend to know everything made it verbally clear that people working under the hierarchy not good enough, not reliable, not motivated when they themselves are second rate managers from second rate insitutions who have no people skills whatsoever so of course you cannot motivate employees. This is not the fault of employees.
