      Pros

      Teamwork here is wonderful, reputation of company is good, and there are more opportunities for advancement than in the past.

      Cons

      Slow, not enough resources for vast product line, identity crisis between health sciences and scientific instruments, pendulum has swung too far to cost controls over past 20 years.

      The company provided many training opportunities and gave relatively relax working environment, overtime was not very frequent Bosses are willing to listen to new advices or different opinions

      Cons

      Bonus is not so good and the learning culture among the employees is weak / insufficient Office politics most employees are unwilling to make changes or think out of box
