Minimum upward development. Operations gets overloaded at the end of every quarter. No real plan to fix it.

Not sure if there are any that other equivalent companies don't provide

Cons

Way too many "lifers" that have no knowledge of outside world. Living inside their bubbles. Sales people with no real chemistry backgrounds so no realization of customer's intentions or problems.

Pros

People are great to work with. Kudos to the company for trying to improve the work environment and culture for its employees. Facility is great.

Cons

But...the bottom line is always the "bottom line"- annual layoffs are routine. If revenue is not met, people are laid off, which doesn't bring in $1 more of revenue but makes thee bottom line look better. No effort is made to transfer knowledge of laid off employees to those still there, creating void which has to be shouldered by remaining staff. Good people leave or are let go, and incompetents remain and accumulate.
