      Pros

      Great salary and benefits, car, gas, cell, work from home. Going to different site and meeting new people.

      Cons

      Cannot deviate from plan. Everything is about making money. I got the feeling that i needed to sell more than I needed to fix issues.

      Some flexibility with telecommute, very talented peers that are way undervalued.

      Cons

      Far too lean an environment, poor compensation with minimal raises and expensive benefits, no strategic plan, too frequent latoffs as a result of poor planning

      Plenty of openings, but that's due to the continuous head count reduction programs.

      Cons

      Lack of respect for their employees. Recently departed Pres. of Life Sciences wanted to cure cancer, as a "tool company"??? Same Caliper Sales Management in place, probably more changes after Q2 Earnings Report.
