      I enjoyed working with my manager and 2 collegues

      Cons

      Petty bureaucratic and somewhat small-minded with respect too. Fulfilling the tactical elements of the job but not really engaging in the scientific contributions that we were required to make. Big disconnect in providing support.

      Managers/employees that have been around prior to the split are helpful, supportive, and kind.

      Cons

      Everything since the split has been a negative experience, lowering of benefits, very little to no investments in people/processes/tools. Declining customer satisfaction.
