benefits but those fluctuated like health insurance fluctuated companies each year not consistent

Cons

very bottom line focused, people don’t matter. No transparency and when you’re out with certain management no warning is given, you’re gossiped about- toxic workplace.

The people in middle management and below are great. Really no other pros.

Cons

Ever since the split, the company has been a slow sinking ship. Upper management and the consultants do not want to pay to keep good talent. They have no problem letting people walk and then stretch thin remaining workers. Very sad to see what this company was like a couple years back to what it has turned into now.
