Pros

Occasionally free lunch, dinner, and/or activities

Cons

I do not suggest working here, they do not pay fair wages and the raises are a joke. I have seen so much discrimination first hand, not from management at my client site, but from corporate. The three people that I'm about to discuss their wages - all have the same job title but vastly different responsibilities and wages. A straight male coworker who was making $30/hour, who had relatively easy responsibilities in comparison to others in the same exact role. This male coworker even quit without notice, and got rehired at the same pay. Another coworker at the same site in a different Building, with twice as much space that needs managing, is female, and got paid $26/hour until their $1.30 raise after 6+ months of working three people's positions. This particular building required so much work, basically a supervisor position without the additional pay or even a title change. Actually, the promotion that the on site manager requested for her, was rejected by corporate. The last coworker, is non-binary, and they make the least out of everyone in this role at $25/hour. This specific coworker was asked to expand their responsibilities outside of their assigned Building due to there not being enough team members to effectively manage the workload. When they asked about pay they were told "HR is dragging their heels". Management on site is fine, but they don't have the ability to make any of the changes necessary to rectify this bias. The female employee who manages the building with double the space, was also hurt in the job. Right before the end of her care was completed corporate tried to unofficially bully her into backing out of recieveing care. I've also seen passive aggressive coworkers and have watched as management did nothing to make the situation better. I've seen people talk themselves blue in the face, and they still aren't listened to until everything blows up in management's face. Overall, this company will overwork you, not care about employee health, and then ask why you aren't doing it with a smile.
