Working at PE gives you the ability to work on topics that matter: maternal/fetal health, newborn screening, genetics and so on. The company has invested heavily in future technologies. Top-level management is committed and very supportive.

Cons

PE has grown largely through acquisitions, and has failed miserably at integrating its parts into the whole. During my time at PE I was continually stymied by different sites (former companies) doing things differently, not communicating, acting on their own agendas, etc.
