I loved the energy here while I was working in the IT Department. The budget was not compromised when it came to technology.

Cons

It was tough to talk to department heads because Sr. IT staff made you fearful of them.

-Great projects -Great culture -Some truly amazing people, both talented and kind

Cons

-Low pay and terrible overall fringe benefits. Architecture is typically on the lower end of the spectrum for both, but for a company this size, these are well below industry norms. -Base pay is only pay. Bonuses are hard to come by and only for titled staff. -COL increases happen sporatically and not often. Be happy with your salary or suffer through years without an adjustment. -Seemingly poor overall firm financial management has led to lack of financial incentives. People stay because of the cons, but fall to the wayside amongst peers for benefits and pay.
