Pros

Lots of opportunity for growth here, and many market sectors. Staff are given a good amount of independence. Management isn't going to create needed changes, but they don't stand in the way of staff members who are interested in making it happen.

Cons

There's an imbalance among the staff in terms of work-life balance. It seems to be expected that parents will never work more than 35-40 hrs a week, and single people are expected to pick up the slack. Meanwhile singles get paid less, and promoted more slowly, regardless of age.
