Pros

Only good thing here is the health coverage. They offer "Unlimited" PTO. A lot of healthy snacks. Two days of catered lunches.

Cons

There's no communication or guidance on how to improve if management is not happy with you. The company is struggling. Many people have left voluntarily because they do not see potential in the products or have been forced to leave due to budget cuts. Investors still have not funded the necessary amount of money. Also the way people act here is not professional, a lot of negative energy and verbiage. Negative name calling was the biggest issue.

Amazing health insurance and PTO policies. People are open and great to work with - management is available and involved

Cons

Start up uncertainty at times - things grow in fits and spurts. Nothing out of the ordinary but can rattle the un-initiated if you don't know how high growth start ups run.
