At the moment much of the landscape is green field, which is wonderful for people who have a desire to help shape the future direction of the company the choose to work for.
The staff here are all energized, optimistic, and lots of fun to be around.

See previous comment. If you expect to be handed a recipe to follow for processes and methods, and would rather follow then help lead ... you might consider a startup a 'con'.
