Pros

Production operators are great to work with

Cons

I Notified HR on a Monday that I was pregnant and worried about the abundant amount of stress and hours I’d been enduring at work. I asked to be kept in the loop for new positions that would come available that would be healthier during my pregnancy. Around this time I was told multiple times by leadership I was doing a great job while working 12 to 15 hour days on a salary. I was then given my termination letter, out of the blue, on the same week I mentioned my pregnancy to HR, that Friday, and told I was being fired because of my performance. I’d never been given a bad review or put on any sort of probation my entire quality career. I asked for reasons and they told me I could get a lawyer and they’d give them the reasons and proof of my bad performance. They also informed me “I don’t deserve a severance” after being a dedicated employee for more than 5 years. Beware, you will take the fall for upper management if you’re at the bottom of the salary pile. Also, be wary of stepping on quality management’s toes, if you’re not in the clique, they’ll find a way to cut you out.
