      Pros

      Pay, benefits, location, colleagues, vertical and horizontal mobility if you have the ability and will work for it.

      Cons

      Some of the staff who have been there for decades are set in their ways, will not accept changes which can make things harder than they need to be. People who aren't willing to work have a real negativity towards the company because they don't advance, and they can't see the link between the two things.
