Great variety, lots of scope to shape your role and get involved in initiatives across the business. Management are approachable, open and trust their people

Cons

Can be bureaucratic if involved in initiatives spanning multiple business units or countries. No more so than any global multinational but be prepared to use your strategic influencing skills!

Pros

Lots of great leaders and ambition to drive excellence. There's a thorough and developed S&OP process with leaders in each area driving it. The MD is a passionate and approachable person who gives clear messages and inspires everyone to pull in the same direction.

Cons

Salary is not great compared to other companies and internal opportunities were often poorly advertised. Though we were told pay was bench marked fairly, people don't want to hear that, they want to hear that we're paid better than other companies, otherwise they'll just go to the other companies. As for internal opportunities, there are improvements that are visible in recent months, however opportunities are still only coming if you get a tap on the shoulder or you read about it in a monthly newsletter.
