Pros

I started working at Perrigo in September 2017. The company has a nice mix of youth and experience. The majority of people in the Dublin office have been employed in the last two years. Senior management have created a great culture and it is an enjoyable working environment. The workforce are highly skilled and come from various industries and there is a great opportunity to learn from each other. There is a good social club with several activities including 5-a-side soccer, tag rugby, running, visiting the many eateries in Dublin etc.

Cons

There is a gym in the office free for employees and it would be nice to have more space available in the changing rooms.

Even though Perrigo is a company which is 130 years old, it feels like a start up in Dublin. The size of the company in Dublin has grown from 25 to 130 in the last two years. There is great autonomy with the work. No egos from senior management. It is a very open and collaborative culture.

Cons

There are not that many cons that I can think of. Maybe extra shower facilities.
