Pros

Opportunities to learn. Generally good company with strong work ethic. A lot of decent people at this company. Most people are willing to help even if you're a pain.

Cons

Incompetent HR department; if it gets too complicated they seem to look the other way. This company doesn't seem to have a clue how to select products. They continuously rush into projects that are later dropped.

Stability of company, Reasonable salary relative to cost of living, Growing business.

Cons

Small-town company culture conflicts with global nature of business, High turnover in some departments (R&D, Procurement, Quality), Key departments working at cross-purposes, Conflict at mid-management level affects the worker-bees. Too many 'teams' that have no deliverables or deadlines, but suck up employee's time.
