i learned....this was the worst job i have ever had..............it was so demeaning and management allowed it.

Cons

unfair labor practices,management, OSHA does not apply to them, not very friendly, beware i was treated very unfairly.

The benefits are great. Hard to beat these days. Stable company right now. However, their continued quest for 2-4 acquisitions per year may put them in a vulnerable position.

Cons

Management not very sophisticated. They all come from tiny Allegan and are not worldly enough to deal effectively with people from other parts of the country, especially big cities. Close minded and not open to suggestions. Because the company has been around so long, management is extremely arrogant.
