Pros

Salary is higher than similar companies. Retirement benefits are very good with the company matching contributions and company stock.

Cons

Salary is barely higher than similar companies. Health insurance coverage is decreasing while cost is increasing. Company started making changes before obamacare took effect yet still blamed obamacare for the price hike

Pros

Great work/life balance. Workload was never over the top or more than an individual could handle. Friendly atmosphere, great ethical values, great employee health benefits.

Cons

Poor employee compensation (salary). Limited opportunities for advancement. Depending on the position, work can become very stale and boring - not a lot of opportunity for job variety within departments. Basic information which can be useful to all is under restriction, and a request for access (referral) is needed to access the information.

Pros

Benefits are very good. Year over year bonuses of >5% for everyone. A global company that has opportunities if you have a post HS degree and are willing to take on new challenges.

Cons

Some locations adapt slowly and accountability may be found to be lacking depending on the leader. Decision making may get pushed up. People may move around to quickly
