      Pros

      Stability as a corporate company, lots of opportunities to work in different areas in Marketing, experience working with other teams, working with other brands at the company. Flexibility, good PTO options.

      Cons

      Horrible health insurance, everyone is severely understaffed and underpaid, the company took forever to catch onto the digital disruption movement and now are competing in an industry that has surpassed them. The company's marketing budget is comical.

      I cannot find a Pro for this position.

      Cons

      There are no growth opportunities in the Purchasing department. You will be there for many years in the same position without a promotion. Poor leadership from the management.
