Overall It's a great place to work at. Great managers always supporting you and treating you like family. There's a lot of room for growth if you play your cards right. Corporate only hires the best of the best. The pay is alright but based on your performance and experience you can get payed a lot more. This company has the best team morale I have ever seen, no one ever feels excluded.

Getting experience in retail management. Nothing else comes from this job.

Cons

There are so many. The higher management is not well organized. There is no way to move up with in the company. Some employees have been in the same position for over 5+ years. The concern for sales associates is almost minimal.
