Pros

I would give them a 3.5 if I can. It's a pretty big company, lots of people has worked here for 10+ years.

Cons

Very conservative, few PTOs, have to work 8 hours, few WFH

Pros

There are no pros to working here other than growing your skills and knowledge around being a designer.

Cons

If you want to work in an extremely toxic environment where you are expected to work countless hours, where you'll be working in a department where the head will talk poorly about anyone and everyone and expect you to hop in on her hate train, and if you do not you will be blacklisted and invisible, where the culture is old and stuck in the 90s, where everyone is miserable, overworked, underpaid, and undervalued, where you will not be allowed to have a voice and express your creativity and opinions, where the CEO has a new project for you every other week to pile onto your already massive workload, then this is the place for you.
