ARIZONA MARKET -zero support from higher ups. Will ignore you when you ask for help due to being short staffed. -no work / life balance. They will tell you no , however they will take PTO. -little pay. But they will travel all over and stay in nice hotels every week. Literally every week. I was here and I need help due to no staff. I asked for help but was ignored by area manager and district manager for a whole month. Then asked me to cut back my over time. Asked for more money to hire people for holiday. They said no so I ran the store holiday season with 4 others.

Some amazing coworkers - great to pick each others brains and swap ideas!

Benefits are okay but pretty minimal and HR failed to ever activate my health insurance, I found this out upon a visit to urgent care. Pay is extremely low when you comp similar positions in the area, Upper management is irreplaceable and toxic (CEO won’t fire because he would “feel bad”). Extremely narcissistic with little to no concern for employee well being. No repercussions for inappropriate behavior reported to HR, double the workload agreed upon in employment contract but laughed at when asked for pay raise. Company expenses are paid out of employee pockets - reimbursements take over a month sometimes. Don’t recommend. There are better companies.
