      Pros

      Top management makes a point of knowing all executives and managers by first name and is accessible. Generally, a pleasant environment.

      Cons

      Large corporation run like a mom and pop operation. Poor follow-up. Need to chase incessantly for answers to questions. There is a fear of making decisions and those made are frequently reversed causing confusion.

      Great team members, friendly co-workers

      Cons

      CEO uses scare tactics to run the company, constantly threatening people's jobs. Very tense environment especially when he's in the office. Pay is not great and there are no bonuses. Little to no advancement from within.
