      Pros

      There are quite a few talented people who work here, and it is possible to make good friends. However, it is likely to bond over general dissatisfaction about the company culture than actual team bonding.

      Cons

      Job security is non-existent. Entire departments may be dismissed in a day without warning. Overall work atmosphere feels uninspired and does not feel like a creative environment.

      Teammates were good people who cared about their jobs

      Cons

      Low pay, CEO is out of touch and incompetent. Stifles employees and seems inept at business. They DO NOT CARE ABOUT EMPLOYEES. Will lay off huge amounts of people without any communication.

      Plenty of good, hard working folks eager to do what's right. Ok pay for Miami

      Cons

      CMO. IMO, she is a poor leader who blames others when there are problems but takes credit for wins instead of team. Talent has noticed and many have left, including long loyal employees. Her ideas might have worked at her cruise job, but not in fashion - brands are struggling.
