I've been extremely impressed with the people, processes and products here at Persistent Systems. It's a young and energetic company that is designing and manufacturing a truly cutting edge product... The culture is very collaborative and the company has a very positive energy to it in that everyone I've worked with to date truly believes in what the company is doing.... and they put on a fantastic Holiday Party.

Small company, everyone knows each other! Great team work and encouragement to grow.

Cons

The company needs to work on communication between departments. This is understandable though, given the fast rate of growth of the company.
