Company is growing fast but still feels like everyone knows everybody. Management is approachable. Projects are exciting and have an important impact. Pay is competitive.

Cons

The New York office is very crowded, but they are adding additional space.

This is a company that puts it's employees first, has a product that saves lives, and focus's on communication and growth for all of it's employees.

Cons

Not very many cons - however the one thing I would say it that the company is growing so fast they need to ensure that the logistics of the company is in line with the growth
