      Pros

      Very nice work environment. Lax work hours. Maneuverability to move from projects to others. Involved with the community e.g. blood drives, fundraisers. Plenty of opportunities to work on a variety of projects.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership. More concerned being a team player with the other Appian vendors instead of being competitive. Going with the flow. Not transparent when it comes to either keeping a contractor or cutting him lose. Appian submissions for Appian world was a joke, rewards were purely for keeping vendors happy, not based on merit.
