Good Outsourced Product Development Company But Low Salary

Pros

Good technical people; small cozy teams; management is approachable; focus on cutting edge like cloud, collaboration, big data and mobility

Cons

low pay, does not understand enterprise IT, lot of "CEO's Jamais" (Son in laws of CEO which actually mean people who have been around for 10-15 years in its 22 year history and exert clout, have not seen anything outside of Persistent so have no clue of how professional companies are run)

Pros

Very nice facilities provided at work. You dont need to fight for petty issues with manager or immediate supervisors.Technically sound colleagues from whom you can learn a lot

Cons

Talks of the Top management discriminating based on caste. Recently a big-shot from Persistent who brought a lot of business left because he was not given the expected position because of a caste difference
