Overall Ok.

Pros

Opportunity to work on multiple technologies though in a limited scope. Flexi timing for certain projects. Work from home.. again applicable for certain projects.

Cons

Only one vendor for food. No options provided for other food vendors. Though they charge for food in CTC they claim food is free. Salary bit below the industry standards. Very less onsite travel and that also in limited projects. Lacks core work and customers so very options to migrate/upgrade to higher technology. May sometimes lead to job dissatisfaction.

Pros

One should work at Persistent to be very good at technical and work in tough situations

Cons

salary is not good and managers are partial and their mantra is hire the resource and let him work hard and then kick him out
